Sazetak:
Vise
godina unazad pratimo dva bolesnika sa hronicnom formom egzogenog alergijskog
bronhioloalveolitisa(EABA).Istovremeno vrsimo ispitivanje ventilacijke
funkcije pluca I to:krivulju protk-volumen,spirometriju,telesnu
pletizmografiju, transfer faktor I parcijalne pritiske respiracijkih gasova u
arterisjkoj krvi u miru I pod opterecenjem.Konstatujemo da popstoji korelacija
izmedju koeficijenta transfera sa parcijalnim pritiskom kiseonika arterijske
krvi u miru I opterecenju.Svaki metod ima
svoje prednosti:vadjenje arterijske krvio je nesumljivo objektivna metoda ali
kada popstoji nemogucnost fizickog
opterecenja,kao sto je to slucaj
kod uznapredovale forme fibroze
pluca,komplementaran je metod transfer faktor.

Summary:
Two
patients with chronic form of allergic bronchhioloalveolitis(EABA) have
beenfolowed-up for several years.Several testings of the ventilatory lung
function:a flow volume curve,spirometry,body plethysmography,transfer factor as
wel as partial pressure of respiratory gases of arterial blood, both at rest and
during exercise, have been conducted simultaneousli. We came to the conclusion that there is a correlation between
transfer factor and partial pressure of oxigen in the arterial blood whwn
measured at rest and during exercise. Each of these two methods has its
advantages:there is no doubdt that a bood sample gives more objective
results, but if exercise testing is not feasible as it is in cases
where lung fibrosis has considerably
progressed, the transfer factor method is complemetary.
