OUR EXPERIENCES WITH NON-SPECIFIC HISTAMINE BRONCHOPROVOCATION TESTING ON ASTHMATICS

Sazetak:

U radu su istaknute objektivne teskoce u izvodjenju I interpretaciji nespecificnog bronhoprovokacijkog testiranja kod mladih astmaticara.Ukazano je na nemogucnost tacnog odredjivanja deponovanog bronhokonstriktora I na cinioce koji uticu na depoziciju.Istaknut je znacaj standardizacije postupka u savakoj laboratoriji.Na primeru 78 mlada astmaticara smo pokusali da dokazemo da je pletizmografska metoda a sa njom I specificna konduktansa,najsenzitivniji ventilacijki parametar u oceni nespecificnog bronhoprovokacijkog testiranja.

Summary:

The study reports the difficuls we expirienced in conducting as in  interpreting the obtained results.The impossibility of exact determination of  bronchoconstrictor deposited as well as the factors influencing deposition have  laboratory has been put on.By testing  conducted on 78 yuong asthmatics we tried to prove that specific conductance,as a part of the  plethismographic method,is most sensitive parameter when assessing the non- specific bronchoprovocation testing.
