KOMPARACIJA FUNKCIJSKIH PARAMETARA HIPERINFLACIJE PLUCA MERENIH   PLETIZMOGRAFIJOM CELOG TELA I HELIJUMSKOM METODOM JEDNOG UDAHA

CORRELATION OF PARAMETERS OF HYPERINFLATION MEASURED BY BODY PLETHYSMOGRAPHY AND BY SINGLE-BREATH

Sazetak:

Izvrsena je komparacija vrednosti rezidualnih volumena(RV),intratorakalnog gasnog  volumena(ITGV)-funkcionalnog rezidualnog kapaciteta(FRC) I totalnog plucnog kapaciteta(TLC) metodom pletizmografije celog tela I metodom dilucije helijuma “single-breath”.Ispitivana je grupa od 15 ispitanika sa fizioloskim vrednostima funkcijkih parametara I grupa od 16 bolesnika sa HOPB.Svim ispitanicima je uradjena spirometrija,krivulja protok-volumen,pletizmografija celog tela I transfer faktor metodom jednog udaha.U zdravih ispitanika nisu nadjene signifikantne razlike,sem za RV.U bolesnika sa HOPB nadjene su  signifikantne razlike za sve parametre hiperinflacije a za RV I veoma znacajne.Dobijeni rezultati su u skladu sa prikazom istih iz literature.

Summary:

The values of residual volume(RV),intrathoracic gas volumen(ITGV)-functional residual capacity(FRC) and total lung capacity(TLC)  obtained by the method of body plethysmografy have been compared with values of same parameters obtained by helium dilution method-single breath method.We have investigated a group of 16 patients with COPD and group of 15 healthy volonteers.In all cases spirometry,flow volume curve,body plethysmography and helium dilution method of single-breath diffusing capacity vere performed.In the group of healthy subjects there were no differences except for value of RV.In the group of patientes with COPD we have established significant difference for all parameters of hyperinflation.The most significant difference was for the value of RV.
