IZBOR REFERENTNIH VREDNOSTI ZA TRANSFER FAKTOR I KOEFICIJENT DIFUZIJE PLUCA

SELECTION OF REFERENTIAL VALUES FOR LUNG  TRANSFER-FACTOR AND DIFFUSION COEFICIENT

Sazetak:

Na osnovu preporuke Americkog torakalnog drustva,izvrsili smo  merenje transfer-faktora I koeficijenta difuzije kod 20 zdravih osoba,a potom smo  dobijene rezultate poredili sa referentnim vrednostima nekih autora(Cotes,Oglivie,Crapo,Bates,CECA).Konstatuje se najveca podudarnost sa normama datim od strane Evropske zajednice za celik I ugalj (CECA Luksemburg 1983.god.).Norme za transfer-faktor su ispunjene I prekoracene za zene 12% a za muskarce 16% vise od referentnih vrednosti.CECA norme za koeficijent difuzije nisu postignute:zene 13% manje a muskarci 16%.Reproduktibilnost merenja u razmaku od nekoliko dana iznosi 7,88.

Summary:

On the basis American Thoracic Society recommentadion,we performed the transfer-factor and diffusion coefficient measurment in twenty healthy persons.The obtained results were compared to referential values given by some cited  authors( Cotes,Oglivie,Crapo,Bates,CECA).Our results were found to correlate best with the standards established by CECA,Luxemburg,1983.The transfer-factor standard values were  fulfilled and exceeded   in women for 12% and in men 16%,while the diffusion coeffitient standard values were not  fulfilled:in women they 13% and in men 16%  lower.Double-measurment reproducibility in a few-days-intervals was 7,88.
