LUNG HYPERINFLATION AND VALIDATION ITS FUNCTIONAL PARAMETERS

Sazetak:

Izvrseno je funkcijko ispitivanje parametara hiperinflacije pluca dvema metodama:telesnom pletizmografijom I helijumskom metodom Single-breath.Potom smo medjusobno poredili dobijene rezultate.U grupi od 15 zdrava ispitanika nisu nadjene signifikantne razlike osim za rezidualni volumen(RV).Medjutim, u grupi bolesnika sa hopb nasli smo znacajne razlike parametara  a najvise za RV.Pletizmografska metoda je suverena ali uz pomoc helijumske metode je moguce izmeriti I zatvorene-nekomunicirajuce prostore u plucima.

Summary:

A functional testing of lung hyperinflation parameters have been performed by two methods:body-plethysmography and helium single-breath method.The rezults obtained  have been  thereafter compared.In a group of 15 healthy patients no significant differences have been established except for the residual volume(RV).However,in a group of patients with COPD significant defferences among parameters have been established most of them for RV.The body-plethysmography method has no equal,howevwr with the help of method it is also possible to measure out the closed noncommunicative airspaces in the lungs.
