KLINICKA ZNACAJNOST VENTILACIJSKIH PARAMETARA PLUCNE  FUNKCIJE I TRANSFER FAKTORA KOD SARKOIDOZE PLUCA

CLINICAL INPORTANCE OF VENTILATORY PARAMETERS OF LUNH FUNCTION AND TRANSFER FACTOR IN PULMONARY SARCOIDOSIS

Sazetak:

Analizirali smo testove plicne funkcije kod 64 pacijenta sa dokazanom sarkoidozom pluca.Pokusali smo da nadjemo vezu izmedju stepena ventilacijkog poremecaja I stadujuma sarkoidoze kod novootkrivenih I izlecenih pacijenata.Najcesce poremecen parametar je koeficijent transfera,potom,transfer faktor pa ukupan endobronhijalni otpor I vitalni capacitet.Nismo pronasli pouzdanu korelaciju izmedju stepena poremecaja parametara po stadijumima ni kod novootkrivenih ni kod izlecenih.Mali broj ispitanika I njihova distribucija po stadijumima nalazu oprez u donosenju generalnog zakljucka.Medjutim,svakako je potrebno pratiti otkrivene poremecaje disajne funkcije.

Summary:

Respiratory function was analysed in 64 partients with a confirmed pulmonary sarcoidosis.Attempts were made to find out a correlation between the degree of the ventilatory disorder and sarcoidosis stadium in both the newly discovered and cured patients.The parameter which is most frequently disturbed is the transfer coeffitient,the transfer factor,total endobronchial resistance and vital capacity.We did not find any reliable correlation between the degree of disturbance of the parameters and the stadium of the disease in neither the newly discovered nor the cured patients.Due to a snall number of analysed patients and their distribution in the stadiums,a  definite should be rather carefully made.However,it is necessary to follow up the discovered respiratory function disorders.
